The Creative Community Housing Program (CCHP) provides individualized, creative, short-term housing assistance for people who have been unable to obtain financial aid through existing housing programs. CCHP not only provides non-traditional flexible assistance to help people stay in housing but also links the client up with a case manager or point person to provide support throughout the time of assistance.
CCHP is a collaborative program with local housing service providers from Southeastern Vermont Community Action (SEVCA), Groundworks Collaborative, Winston Prouty, Youth Services, the Women’s Freedom Center, and Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services (HCRS).
